Second thoughts

If the machine has to go back

The route back is short, and half the time it is not needed at all.

Change of mind happens. The return window, the label and the money side all run through our retail partner, starting from the order page where the purchase lives.

Keep the box for a while

A folded treadmill travels badly in anything except the foam it arrived in. Until you are sure the machine stays, the box is worth its corner of the garage.

Before you send anything back

A belt that drifts to one side is a tension screw, not a defect. A squeak is usually a dry belt. Write to the crew with a short video first; a fair share of would-be returns end as two turns of an Allen key.

How the route runs

  • Open the order page at the retail partner and pick the return option; the window and condition rules are printed there.
  • Repack in the original foam, belt strap on, screws bagged.
  • Use the label their process issues; the money retraces the payment it came from once the machine checks in.
