What the box is like when it lands

Every order placed through the buy buttons is packed, carried and delivered by our retail partner. Their checkout shows the delivery options, the dates and the cost for your address before you pay, so there is nothing to guess on that side. What we can add is what the parcel itself is like.

What arrives at the door

A walking pad travels in one flat box that a single adult can slide across a floor and, carefully, carry up a flight. A handlebar treadmill comes heavier and longer; plan on a second pair of hands for stairs. Bikes and the rower arrive part-assembled with the tools in the box.

Getting it inside

Measure the tightest turn on the route, not the room it ends up in. Hallway corners and basement doors beat machines far more often than floor space does. The spec pages list deck footprints; add a hand-width all round for the box.

First hour out of the box

Let a machine that traveled in the cold sit for a couple of hours before the first plug-in. Check the belt for travel slack, then read Oil the belt right before the first long walk; a dry first week is where most belt noise stories start.

If the box arrives hurt

Photograph the damage before opening further and flag it on the order page at the retail partner. Their process handles carriage damage, and it moves fastest with photos from the doorstep.
